Our Services allow you to browse through the website and purchase different products. As part of this, we also provide services such as arranging delivery of the products and providing you with a tracking number so that you can follow your parcel step by step and see the expected delivery date and time online. We also offer you customer service assistance by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must be over 18 years of age or over in order to use the Services.
Placing an order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please leave this site now.
All purchases is Made To Order – which means, when you place your order we will start making your new item.
Unless otherwise specifically stated delivery time is normally between 3-4 weeks. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that says we have received your order request. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the products has been accepted. A second email confirmation will be send to you when the purchase has been accepted by us.
Please note that there might be import restrictions on exotic products in your country. Please check this with your country in advance before purchasing a product in this category.
Ones your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your DHL tracking number.

The information set out on our website do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat.
All prices as showed on the shop are in EURO including VAT and delivery with DHL.
If your order requires delivery to another EU country than United Kingdom the selling price will include VAT as the regulations regarding the free movement of products apply. If you buy from outside the EU you will be responsible for the extra payment of any customs, import duties or other taxes such as sales tax (VAT, GST, etc.) excise duty, or other customs charges before or when you receive the parcel.
Etoile cannot be held liable for any of the above duties or taxes payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering. Etoile can also not be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reasons.
Upon receipt of the Order Confirmation, the contract will be formed (the “Contract”). The Contract between us will relate only to those products listed in the Order Confirmation (the “Products”). We will not be bound to supply any other products, which may have been part of your order until you receive an Order Confirmation from us in respect of such products.
The estimated delivery day will show when using your tracking number provided to you. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. All parcels require a signature on delivery.
Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorized when your order is placed and processed. The full amount of your purchase will be charged for the value of the goods when you order your product(s).
Our online prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time. Whist we will use our very best to process orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which may prevent us to do so, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, and as such we retain the right, at our discretion, to refuse to process or accept such orders. We will not be liable to you or any other third party for withdrawing any product from our website or for refusing to process or accept an order after an Order Confirmation has been sent.
We have made a big effort to ensure that the colours and qualities are depicted as accurately as possible. However, colours displayed on your computer or screen resolution may vary. Minor colour deviations are not considered as a defect or failure.
All our fur and leather product(s) might rub off, especially the product(s) that have been dyed in strong colours. So be carefully when you wear your product(s) with white or other light coloured clothes. This is not considered as a defect or failure.
Return and refund policy
Please note all our products is Made to Order and Bespoke items, which means that all our items are made specifically for you and we are therefore unable to offer a return or refund once they have been made.
Therefore please ensure that you are 100% happy with your order before purchasing it in our onlineshop. Always contact us before purchase if you require any assistance when placing an order with us. firstname.lastname@example.org
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your online order, you have the possibility to do so within 24 hours. Please e-mail email@example.com within 24 hours to request a cancellation and a return. (Before we start production).
The sale of Discounted items is Final. They are not eligible for a Refund or an Exchange.
Your security and privacy is very important to us. Any of your personal details will only be used by Etoile and our carefully selected third party partners to ensure that we deliver an excellent service to you, and to process and deliver your order and maintain your account with us. This information will be kept safe at all times. When shopping with us over the Internet, we do use 3D secure when checking out with your card details to prevent fraud.
When you order with us, we ask for your information such as your name, email address, phone number (in case we urgently need to call you regarding your order), your address and credit/debit card details. By using Etoile website, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.
The details we collect will be used to:
- Process your order and communicate with you about the goods you have ordered from us (your details may be passed on to a third party for them to deliver products you have ordered and we may retain your details for a reasonable period of time after you have completed the transaction in order to fulfil any contractual obligations).
- Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions (we may retain your details (including your credit/debit card information) for these purposes for a reasonable period of time and we may pass your details to a third party to carry out these functions).
- Update our records and maintain your account with us.
If you are an existing customer, we may contact you via email with information about goods similar to those, which were the subject of a previous sale to you.
